New Bod!

Okay so....I finally decided to bring sexy back! When I say sexy I mean SEXY!! I am planning on shedding some weight because I'm feeling a tad bit to CHUNKY to say the least. So here's my plan of action!
Drink 64 oz of water a day
Workout 6 days a week
3 days of strength/resistance training
Yoga or Pilates 1 day a week
Abs whenever I can squeeze any in!
So if anyone is up for the challenge to bring sexy back join me!!
I really want to do some Bodybuilding challenges competitions too...sounds crazy huh? Well maybe when I'm all done with school I can start having fun and enjoying my hobbies
